This botanical extract-enriched alkaline shampoo opens the cuticle, dissolves the residual hairspray polymers and other chemicals, setting the stage for the best color and perm results. It is pH balanced specifically to work with these alkaline processes, which would be inhibited by any shampoo at a lesser, more acidic pH. Can be used after Negat?for super deep cleansing.
